We combine our own of the consolidation and continuity of family dynasties, with different tools, guiding the implementation and processes, and the experience of the different collaborators of our team in the disciplines that are required.
The Model is made up of eight capitals that facilitate an understanding of the path that a family enterprise must take proactively to last for generations, and thus consolidate its heritage to become a family dynasty.

The first sentence of Leo Tolstoi's famous book "Ana Karenina" mentions that happy families have a way to be happy, and unhappy families have many ways to be unhappy. Through the Model, we seek to find the appropriate path for our clients that suits their core, family, business reality, culture, and their vision. The Model allows us to visualize and identify what are the elements that must be worked on and strengthened them. It helps us look into the challenges that must be addressed by business families who want their assets, legacies, and companies to last for several generations; in order to generate greater awareness and opportunity for the development of greater knowledge in the area of long-standing family businesses.

Every organization requires, at its own level and complexity, to establish appropriate governance structures and regulations in the most professional manner possible, where decision-making and good communication are enhanced.
Human Capital
This includes each one of the family members and their level of commitment to the continuity of the family legacy. Looking at the family as part of a dynamic system, in a healthy, prepared, proactive, focused way, and with a good level of relationships.


Intellectual capital
It is the sum of the knowledge that is acquired over time. From training to the experience and skills that we develop as a fundamental part that the system requires to be sustainable over time.
Spiritual Capital
It is a fundamental pillar that defines the reason of a superior purpose. It helps us understand what are the important goals, values, and causes, that worth commensurate to all the work achieved by generations.


Social Capital
It is the set of relationships and contacts that the organization and family members manage and how they manage them for the benefit of achieving continuity and legacy. In some cases we know it as networking in order to promote entrepreneurship and well-being.
Financial Capital
It is the set of assets that a family has, and relies to promote understanding and generate transcendence over time.


Family Capital
It is the shared dream of the family, good relationships and a good level of communication, trust, respect, harmony, the ability to work as a team, align when making difficult decisions. It's the shared family vision.
Emotional Capital
It is the ability to adapt to new trends and realities, which allow us to foresee situations and facilitate appropriate decision-making. It is the capacity for resilience and the ability to generate the self-esteem necessary to face difficult moments with the necessary passion.
